Cancellation Policy: Please note that our site reservation is fully refundable if you cancel 15 or more days prior to your reservation date, but $50 remarking fee will be deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund if you cancel less than 15 days prior to your reservation date.
No shows and those not adhering to our cancellation policy will be charged for the full length of their reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy: Quiet domestic pets are welcome if they are not hostile, on a leash, not left alone, and are cleaned up after.

DAILY RENTAL RATE Minimum 2 nights $65.00/night - regular days $75.00/night - holidays Tax is not included in the rate
WEEKEND RENTAL RATE $195.00 - $225.00 (Regular weekend: 3 days x $65 = $195) (Holiday weekend: 3 days x $75 = $225) HOLIDAY WEEKEND - Minimum 3 days Tax is not included in the rate
WEEKLY RENTAL RATE $390.00 - $420.00 - 1 free day (Regular week: 6 days x $65 = $390) (Holiday week: 3 days x $65 + 3 days x $75 = $420) Tax is not included in the rate
