Who We Are

Cokato Lake RV Resort is a unique cooperative with 222 private ownership units and 3 cooperative units on 68 stunning acres of land in Wright County.

Cokato Lake RV Resort Cooperative Association is governed by a Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws to ensure that our community is well-maintained with the help of our Board of Directors, Staff, Committees, and Volunteers. We make sure that all our guests and residents have an unforgettable experience.

Board of Directors

Fiduciary duty requires board members to stay objective, unselfish, responsible, honest, trustworthy, and efficient.

Board members, as stewards of public trust, must always act for the good of the organization, rather than for the benefit of themselves. They need to exercise reasonable care in all decision making, without placing the organization under unnecessary risk.
