Agreement/ Rules and Regulations:
1. Payment
• $50.00 for the season
• Must be paid before use of space is granted.
2. Use of space.
• The use of the space is solely for the use of storing your registered watercraft.
• Each space is designated for one piece of equipment. Additional watercraft may require additional rental space, subject to availability and approval. The space assigned to you will be labeled with your lot number.
3. Maintenance and Care
• Renters are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness within the rental space.
• Any damage to the rental space or surrounding area caused by the renter’s negligence will be the renter’s responsibility to repair or compensate for.
• All equipment must be labeled with the registration sticker that the association gives you.
4. Access and Security:
• Renters are provided with exclusive access to the rental space during the agreed upon rental period.
• Renters must secure their kayaks with appropriate locks or security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized use.
5. Payment: The rental fee is for the season and must be paid in full before use of the space.
6. Insurance and Liability:
• Renters are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for their kayaks and personal belongings stored in that space.
• The resort and its management company are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the use of the space.
7. Termination: The resort reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement for violations of the rules and regulations outlined in this agreement. By signing below, you understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.
